What is it?

Both of these ingredients work to increase blow flow to your muscles.  L-citrulline increases performance by decreasing muscle soreness and recovery time. L-Arginine AKG will help increase NO production by dilating your veins to allow increased blood flow to and away from your  muscles. Mind Control Mix

• Caffeine
• Olive Leaf Extract

In this mix there is your stimulant; caffeine.  In addition to caffeine there is Olive Leaf Extract. Olive Leaf Extract has shown to be beneficial with glucose metabolism. Scientific evidence has shown that these extracts have a remarkable impact on blood pressure and heart disease as well.

How to take it:

Shake container before use. Mix 1-3 scoops of The Curse Pre Workout with 4-8 oz. (150-250ml) of water and drink 30-45 minutes before action. Read warnings before use. Never exceed three scoops of The Curse Pre Workout in any 24 hour period.

Flavor and Mix-Ability:

I tried the blue raspberry ice flavor. I found that it tastes a lot like a blue raspberry Popsicle which was very enjoyable. There was some build up of the pre-workout at the end of my cup but not a lot. The Curse Pre-workout comes in 5 flavors: Blue raspberry ice, lemon rush, tropical storm, orange mango and green apple.
