HyperAmino Review by Gaspari Nutrition
HyperAmino Review
What is it?
It is an energy focus and recovery amino acid; similarly to Optimum Nutrition’s Amino Energy. Next up on the Hyperamino review.
The Breakdown :
HyperAmino, amino blend is comprised of 4 matrix’s. The BCAA 2:1:1 Matrix, Amino Recovery Matrix, Blood Flow & Performance Enhancement Matrix and Essential Amino Matrix. There are 5 grams in this blend which is a considerably good dose. Then you also have Hyper Amino Hyper Energy Matrix which is 200 milligrams.
In the BCAA 2:1:1 Matrix you will find
- Micronized L-Leucine
- Micronized L-Isoleucine
- Micronized L-Valine
You will see the word “micronized ” before a lot of these ingredients that just means that you will have a better absorption rate than if it were not micronized.
The Amino Recovery Matrix contains
- Ajinomoto L-Glutamine
- Micronized L-Taurine
Taurine helps increase blood flow and reduce muscle cramping and those two tie in together with the glutamine which is why it was put in the muscle recovery matrix.
In the Blood Flow & Performance Enhancement Matrix there is :
- Micronized L-Citrulline
- Micronized L-Arginine
These two work synergistic-ally to increase nitric oxide production in the body. This combination will improve blood flow and your pump hence the name ” blood flow and performance enhancement matrix”.
In the Essential Amino Matrix you are going to see a lot of amino acids consisting of:
- L-Tyrosine
- Micronized L-Histidine
- Micronized L-Lysine
- Micronized L-Phenylalanine
- Micronized L-Theronine
- Micronized L- Methione
BCAA’s is what directly influences muscle protein synthesis the most .Another group of amino acid that help maintain and build muscle as well are essential amino acids (or EAAs). EAAs are not produced in the body on its own. Therefore you have to get it through supplementation or the foods you eat, so in this case its nice to see that in the blend.
Now in the Hyper Amino Hyper Energy Matrix you have:
- Ilex Guayusa Extract
- Green Tea Extract
- Guarana Extract
The guayusa is a tree found South America, it is commonly used to make tea in the morning. There is caffeine and it has L-theanine which combines well with the caffeine to reduce stress. theobromine which is kind of a feel good stimulant found in like chocolate. The green tea extract antioxidants has fat burning properties. You also have the guarana extract which is great for a focus and as a stimulant because t contains twice the amount of caffeine as coffee beans. Rest assured this still didn’t give me that jittery feeling but the increased focus you’ll definitely notice, along with increased energy.
Taste:
Taste wise blue raspberry was definitely very tasty not too tart which can be found very frequently in a lot of blue raspberry flavors. Its something you can sip on even if you are not going to the gym or if you don’t feel like making a pot of coffee in the morning. It comes in strawberry kiwi blue raspberry and pink lemonade.
You can find hyper amino by Gaspari nutrition for $17.99 for 30 servings which is an awesome price to scoop ratio.
