Morning
In the morning formula for SuperHD Fire, there is a total of 340 mgs of active ingredients. Things I’ve learned. If you take two, take one early and another at like 1pm. I swear the energy can hit you at random times later on. Also, I’ll have a bowl of soup or something to snack on later and I feel like I am igniting the fuel! My friend who takes these also agrees. So definitely take them early. I love how much it makes me focus IF I use it.
Just get up and make sure to start something, and all of a sudden I am into doing all the laundry and cleaning for that day. You can use them for more than just working out. My boyfriend has used them to hike but I tell him to take it, wait 45 minutes and then go! Make sure to drink plenty of water with them and you will see weight loss.

The lipodrene line is an extensive and growing ‘family’ of fat burners. Although they share a lot of the same ingredients, their potencies are likely very different. In Lipodrene Xtreme V2, we have two blends. A general Proprietary Blend containing 395mg of active ingredients and a Citrus-Rx™ Blend containing 250mg of active ingredients.

I have tried all the lipodrenes, and nearly lost hope in find the “right fat burner” for me…Then these V2 Xtreme came back in stock. I have had amazing results since I started these(lost 15lbs). Our next thermogenic is Lean EFX by Formutech Nutrition. Lean EFX contains 3 blends for a total of 705mg of active ingredients per serving. Although each blend is a proprietary blend, having the ingredients separated how it is in the label helps us get an idea of how much is in it. Whereas in a regular proprietary blend all the ingredients are grouped together.
One thing to keep in mind, however, is that although the ingredients have been separated into categorizes that category is not absolute. Meaning that even though the ingredient might be in one category, that doesn’t mean it can’t play a role in another.
The Label
Our first blend is the Next Gen EFX blend consisting of 375mg. Now don’t let the long chemical name confuse you, our first ingredient, 1,3 7-Trimethylxanthine, is just caffeine. But this blend isn’t just a stimulant blend; we also have metabolism boosting properties from the Cassia Nomame , Green Tea Extract and Niacin, and even diuretic effects from the Taraxacum (dandelion extract) and Bearberry.†
The next blend is the Thermo EFX Blend consisting of 240mg. Here we have some stronger stimulants with thermogenic properties; 2-Aminoisoheptane HCl and Bitter Orange. Methyldrene 25 Elite by Cloma Pharma is very similar to its original, as you can imagine, but more potent. Where the original Methyldrene 25 contains 810 mgs of active ingredients, Methyldrene elite contains 696.75 mg of active ingredients.
Now we know what you’re thinking:
‘how can this be the elite version if it has less mgs of active ingredients ?’
Well to put it simply, what matters is where those mgs are being distributed. Due to the original Methyldrene 25 being almost entirely a proprietary blend we can’t make a direct comparison. However, the caffeine content is disclosed; so we do know that there is 10mgs more of caffeine in the Elite version of Methyldrene.
Methyldrene 25 Elite energy sources consist of Caffeine,Citrus Aurantium Extract, MCT Oil, Ephedra and finally Yohimbe. Since MCT oil is processed by the liver, it is immediately burned to produce energy.

Introducing Blackstone Lab’s newest fat burner Arson. Arson is Blackstone’s strongest fat burner (and may be the new strongest thermogenic); definitely not for new users or for those with a low tolerance to stimulants.
Arson contains 2 proprietary blend for a total of 601mg of active ingredients. The majority of the strong stimulant ingredients are coming from the first proprietary blend. Although the label is a proprietary blend, according Blackstone there is a total of 125mg of 2-Aminoisoheptane HCl ALONE. When you add in the other stimulants in the blend (Eria Jarensis Extract, Caffeine, Theobromine, and Green Tea Extract) you have a very stim-heavy fat burner.
But there is even more stimulants coming from the Citrus-Rx® Proprietary Lipolytic Blend (Citrus Nat Sudaidai Hayata Extract, Citrus Junos Siebal, Ex Tanaka Extract, Citrus Limonium Extract, Citrus Aurantium Extract, Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract, Yohimbe Extract, Grains of Paradise, Black Pepper Extract). However, this blend is more potent with thermogenic effects. You’re getting a similar effect as the Lipodrene Xtreme V2, but with more stimulants.

Our first combination fat burner is Synedrex by Metabolic Nutrition. Synedrex contains a proprietary blend of 614 mg of active ingredients. Synedrex has went through of formula change as of early 2018.
The stimulants in Synedrex are Caffeine, 2-Aminoisoheptane, Eria Jarensis Extract, Bitter Orange Extract, Yohimbine HCL, and Hordenine. These stimulants are going to play a role in appetite suppression and mood boosting; in addition to promoting an increase in energy. †
However one of the more noted effects from Synedrex is it’s mood boosting effects. † With the addition of Huperzine, N-Methylphenethylamine (NMPEA) and L-Dopa to the stimulants, this doesn’t come as a surprise.
For thermogenesis we have Grains of Paradise or Paradoxine, and (though not exactly a thermogenic ) Poly-Thyronine. Poly-Thyronine is a combination of two T2 thyroid hormone metabolites, that helps increase your metabolic rate and decrease your appetite without impacting heart rate, or blood pressure.†

I was having trouble taking off my last like 10 lbs of baby weight. Early this month I started these and Ive lost 5 lbs. Grateful for the energy they give me. It was a struggle getting through work then to the gym and dieting on top of all that (YUCK). But now I get everything I need to get done and even have the energy to make dinner! I’ve tried a lot of the ” best fat burners ” , and by far these are the best.

Lipodrene Elite is one of the newest fat burners to the lipodrene line. There are a few “core” ingredients you can find in almost every lipodrene. These include: Senegalia Berlandieri Extract, 2-Aminoisoheptane HCl, Caffeine, Citrus Aurantium Extract (Synephrine), Theobromine, Green Tea Extract, Naringen, 6,7 Dihydroxybergamottin, 5-Methoxytryptamine HCl, L-5-Hydroxytryptophan, and Yohimbe.
What’s different:
What separates Lipodrene Elite from the other lipodrenes is Erythroxylum Coca Extract and Caralluma Extract.
Erythroxylum Coca Extract comes from the coca plant. This ingredient dives into a few fat burning categories. It helps promote appetite suppression, it may increase your energy, and it may improve mood/cognitive abilities. †
Caralluma Extract on the other hand is a more potent appetite suppressant. †

Our next combination fat burner is Lipodrene Hardcore with Ephedra. Lipodrene Hardcore contains 2 proprietary blends totaling up to 700mg of active ingredients. Generally, if you liked lipodrene with ephedra (yellow tablet) but wanted more energy, we’d say this is for you.
Why?
Looking at the formula you’ll see we have some of those core ingredients again. The Senegalia Berlandieri Extract, Caffeine, Citrus Aurantium Extract (Synephrine), Theobromine, Green Tea Extract, Naringen, 6,7 Dihydroxybergamottin, 5-Methoxytryptamine HCl, L-5-Hydroxytryptophan, and Yohimbe.
But you also have a few more of the same ingredients between these formulas that aren’t in the all the lipodrenes. This includes Ephedra and Cassia Nomame.
What’s Different:
In addition to all that, Lipodrene hardcore also contains Evodiamine, Guayusa Extract, Theobroma Cocoa and Theophylline. Guayusa Extract and Theophylline are going to help promote even more energy and appetite suppression, while Evodiamine is going to help promote thermogenesis.† Lastly the Theobroma Cocoa may have slight stimulatory effects, but it won’t be as potent as caffeine or any other stimulant in this blend. It’s more noticeable effect would the mood/cognition boosting effects†.

Our last combination fat burner may look familiar, this is Synadrene from Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals.
Why does it look nearly identical to Synedrex?
During the period that Synedrex was not available, Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals released Synadrene to be it’s successor.
How does it compare?
Well outside of looks, these products are pretty different.
Synedrex is a very potent mood/cognition support fat burner.† Whereas in Synadrene those features aren’t going to be as strong. Instead Synadrene has ingredients like Sulbutiamine and Alpha Lipoic Acid as it’s cognitive boosters.† Outside of the popular stimulants and thermogenic ingredients like Caffeine, Green Tea, Yohimbe and 2-Aminoisoheptane; Synadrene contains Walnut Extract. The 2-Aminoisheptane is actually derived from Walnut Bark.
So why include both?
2-Aminoisoheptane is actually a vague name for an ingredient. There are several forms of this stimulant. But the two most common are 2-amino-6-methylheptane, and 2-amino-5-methylheptane. Having both these ingredients in the formula provide you of the best potential for receiving the desired effects.
The last different ingredient in Synadrene is Sandalwood Extract; which can act as a diuretic and help with water weight loss.†
The only other ingredient shared between these fat burners is Poly-Thyronine. Which as previously mentioned helps increase your metabolic rate and decreases your appetite.†

Best Fat Burners: Powder
Sometimes taking capsules or tablets can be unfavorable. Often, there is an odor immediately after opening the bottle. This doesn’t reflect on the condition of the product, even the best fat burners have a specific smell to them. But that doesn’t mean you have to deal with that. There are a bunch of great tasting powder fat burners that you can also take as a pre workout or to replace coffee.

Our first powder fat burner is Alphamine by PEScience. Right off the back you can probably tell this product isn’t going to be as potent as some of the other fat burners available. It is another proprietary blend, containing 1,590mg of active ingredients and 125mg of caffeine.
On the other hand Alphamine contains a good blend of L-Leucine, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Choline Bitartrate, L-Theanine and Ferula Asafoetida. Ferula Asafoetida could help with stomach problems including gas or bloating; a common complaint of some fat burners.† If you’re someone who has taken fat burners, you probably won’t notice the energy effects. However alphamine is a great option for someone who is more sensitive to stimulants.

Though we would normally considered C4 a “beginner ” pre workout, C4 Ripped would be considered more of an intermediate fat burner.
Based on the label, we would consider C4 ripped as more of a pre workout with fat burning ingredients, than just a powdered fat burner. But if you are someone who likes to take a fat burner as a pre workout, this might be a great option for you.
C4 Ripped contains 1.6g of Beta Alanine, 1g of Arginine AKG and 2 proprietary blends containing a total of 1,371 mg of active ingredients.

The Takeaway
There are a couple of things to keep in mind when deciding whether or not you want to take a fat burner. Firstly, you will need to make sure your diet is on point. A fat burner is a supplement, meaning it comes “in addition to” not “in substitution of”. Without correcting your diet and following some exercise routine, you will not receive the results you’re looking for.
Secondly, if you’re struggling to find a fat burner that “works” for you, it may be time to take a break from stimulants. You can develop a tolerance to Caffeine and other stimulants alike. Try taking 2 weeks off of stimulants (including your coffee and tea) and then reintroducing it.
Lastly, we all can and will experience products differently. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to recommend you a product that will work perfectly for you. One user may experience energy all day and others may not even get a kick. Our best fat burners breakdown and recommendation are based on the labels of the products.
